When will my order ship?

Most items are made especially for you. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for production before shipment. Delivery time begins after your order ships.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders begin processing quickly. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will do our best to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production begins.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and make it right when an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Do you accept returns?

Because most products are made to order, we do not accept returns for choosing the wrong size or color, or for changing your mind. Please review the size guide before ordering. Defective or incorrect items are covered.

How should I care for my shirt?

Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors. Use a gentle cycle, avoid bleach, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over printed artwork.
