All Tired Camel Co. products are made to order. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Estimated production and delivery times are displayed during checkout when available. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by product availability, destination, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take additional time to update after the shipping label is created.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you discover an address error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production or ships.

Tired Camel Co. is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.
